"I went into the store hoping to get some help with a Bluetooth headset for my helmet. I knew which one was needed but I had a few questions about it and wanted help with installation. After 15 minutes in the store looking for headsets, no one had come to assist me so I went to the counter. I told them the model I needed and that I needed the bracket as well for my specific helmet.

When I asked if they could help install the Bluetooth headset, the employee said he was too busy to help me. I had not come into the store to get the headset so that I could install it myself, otherwise I would have purchased it online. I personally go into a store when I need help with something, and this was very disappointing. I also noticed the price was higher in store than online and already being annoyed I did not bring this up. I simply wanted to leave as quickly as possible."
